HatchOps was founded by experienced operators who have spent years managing and optimizing startup operations. We’ve worked inside venture-backed companies, navigating the same challenges founders face today. From setting up HR and payroll systems to ensuring clean cap tables for fundraising rounds, we know what it takes to keep operations smooth, efficient, and investor-ready.
We are also a BIPOC-, woman-, and LGBTQ+-owned company that understands the unique challenges faced by underrepresented founders. While we work with startups from all backgrounds, we are especially committed to supporting those who are often overlooked in the startup ecosystem.
